Pilates class that's for everyone. For those that are in the summer, autumn or winter of their lives, this pilates class is for you. You don't have to have any children, you don't even need to know children!
Improve your posture; core stability, flexibility and balance.
Pilates is a low impact, easy on the joints mind/body exercise that has many benefits including reducing stress and improving overall quality of life.
Key elements of the classical Pilates method and principles will be taught.
What to expect:
The class will start with a gentle warm up, continue with authentic mat and standing Pilates sequences and finish with some yoga asanas to cool down and relax.

I was born and raised in Brandon, I am a mom of two kids who works as Career Development Consultant with the Province of Manitoba. Discovering meaningful Movement as a form of self-care led to a path to certifications in Spin, Barre, Pilates, and a 200 hour Yoga Teacher. I am committed to and passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, accessible environment in my classes, expect diversity, approachability, professional and accredited programming with a focus of joyful movement.
When not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, watching movies, reading true crime books, catching some zzz's and listening to music!
