La Fleur Yoga’s 4-week prenatal yoga series is an opportunity to connect with yourself, your baby, and other women, to develop mind-body awareness and to learn how yoga can become a tool for coping with pregnancy, labour, and birth.


Each 60 minute class will focus on breath awareness, mindful movements and poses that are safe, strength building, and bring awareness to your core and pelvic floor.  Each class ends with a 5-10 minute meditation.  Each week of classes has a specific area of focus, that builds from the week previous.


Week 1 - Yoga and Breathing/Core Basics

Week 2 - Yoga and Body Movements for Labour

Week 3 - Yoga and Body Movements for Birthing

Week 4 - Yoga and Planning for Postpartum

Yoga is for everyone and every body.  No prior yoga experience is necessary.  Modifications are provided as needed for all trimesters.  Studio blocks are available.
