Me & Mini Me Yoga Fit


Get out of those sweat pants & into your yoga pants Mama! From the comfort and safety of your own home, you can grab your cutie and ZOOM with us for a 40 minute yoga session.

The class will focus on you and your little one! Mom & baby will have a chance to bond and giggle. We will stretch and strength our bodies through gental yoga poses. Streaming our sessions live will give you a chance to connect with other Mama's in our community who are going through the same highs and lows as you are. Who doesn’t love more friends! 



Postnatal yoga practice offers a great chance for Mom to heal after pregnancy and labor. Yoga poses in this class will help strengthen pelvic floor & abdominal muscles that have undergone significant changes during the prenatal period.

Baby will meet their daily quota of physical activity while developing motor skills and body awareness through gentle physical activity.

Each session will be the same great class structure as our in-person class. We will allot some time at the beginning of class to open up the floor to a quick chat with everyone participating. We will then go through a nice warmup and stretch for Mom & babe. We will flow through some gentle yoga poses together & then enjoy a nice cool down and savasana.

No prior yoga experience is necessary, just join us with patience, your yoga mat, and a blanket for baby.
