Get out of those sweat pants & into your yoga pants Mama! It's spring, the snow is melting and we want to help you boost those feel good endorphins through a 45 minute light yoga flow, with baby in tow!

The class will focus on you and your little one. Mom & baby will have a chance to bond and giggle. We will stretch and strength our bodies through gental yoga poses. 

With Covid restrictions lifting you will have a chance to connect with other Mama's in our community who are going through the same highs and lows as you are. Who doesn’t love more friends! 


Postnatal yoga practice offers a great chance for Mom to heal after pregnancy and labor. Yoga poses in this class will help strengthen pelvic floor & abdominal muscles that have undergone significant changes during the prenatal period. 

Baby will meet their daily quota of physical activity while developing motor skills and body awareness through gentle physical activity.

Each session we will allot some time at the beginning of class to open up the floor to a quick chat with everyone participating. We will then go through a nice warmup and stretch for Mom & babe. We will flow through some gentle yoga poses together & then enjoy a nice cool down and savasana.

No prior yoga experience is necessary, just join us with patience, your yoga mat, and a blanket for baby.

The safety of our clients, our staff and our community is of the utmost importance to us.  To adhere to Covid distancing requirements we ask that you stay on your yoga mat at all times, and you are required to wear a mask during the class.

You and your child can NOT attend this class if

  • you have any symptoms of COVID-19
  • travelled outside the province in the last two weeks
  • have had direct contact with a positive Covid 19 case or someone waiting for results of a Covid19 test

4 Week Series

**Note that there is now the option to attend in person at Baby Bump or you can join in online from home**

Please make sure you are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have gotten the okay from your doctor/midwife to participate in physical activity.

This class is ideal for babies 2-12 months old.
