This session will deal primarily with common sleep issues and solutions. If your infant or child is keeping you awake at night and not getting the sleep that he or she needs, this is the workshop for you! Together we will troubleshoot your sleep issues and create an individualized sleep plan to fit your family’s unique needs.

Meet your Instructor

Hi, I’m Amber Storey, a passionate certified pediatric sleep consultant, devoted mom of three, and avid camping enthusiast. I live in Brandon, Manitoba with my wonderful fiancé, Ryan, and our kids: Tori (13), Beck (11), and John (4).

We’re outdoor lovers in the summer and movie aficionados in the winter, making the most of our cozy family time.

As a mom, I quickly learned that sleep is essential for my children’s happiness and health. I witnessed how consistent, quality sleep transformed my kids from cranky and withdrawn to joyful and energetic. This realization motivated me to ensure they developed healthy sleep habits—much like I prioritize their nutrition and safety.

After successfully sleep training my two older children, who now sleep like champs, I faced a new challenge with John. His severe eczema added complexity to our sleep training efforts. This experience, though challenging, deepened my understanding of how to navigate and adjust sleep plans for various hurdles. It was a journey of growth and adaptation that ultimately led John to become an amazing independent sleeper.

The success and positive impact of sleep training on my family inspired me to become an expert. My goal is to share my expertise and help other families achieve restful nights and peaceful mornings. I’m dedicated to crafting personalized, evidence-based sleep plans that address each family’s unique challenges and needs.
