Prenatal Yoga with Alex
Whether you are new to yoga, or a seasoned yogi, the benefits of a Prenatal yoga can be observed both throughout your entire pregnancy and during the birthing process. Attending a yoga class every week is a gentle reminder to take the time out of your busy work and home life to care for your body and bond with your growing baby.
Join us in our prenatal yoga series designed to support you and your baby during pregnancy. Take this time to connect to your mind and body as you prepare to transition into motherhood. This practice will help promote strength, mobility and relaxation during pregnancy and beyond.
Wear your most comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle, yoga mat, pillows, and a blanket if you wish.
Pregnant women in all stages of pregnancy welcomed and accommodated. No experience is necessary.
