This prenatal class is a condensed version of our Private Prenatal for First Time Parents designed for first time parents preparing for labor, birth, and for the early postpartum period. The goal of this session is to provide you with the ability to make informed prenatal and birth choices, build confidence and help ease the transition into parenthood.

- 'The unknowns': giving birth amidst the coronavirus pandemic
Postpartum

- What to expect when baby arrives – from the first minutes
to the first months
DETAILS:
Classes are typically 3 1/2 hours long. There will be a short break half way through the class. If you wish, you are welcome to bring snacks or drinks with you to enjoy throughout the class
Class will be held in the Baby Bump Family Centre- 728 18th st. (in the Thomas Mall)
The safety of our clients, our staff and our community is of the utmost importance to us. Our group classes are kept small to ensure social distancing regulations are met.
You or your support person can NOT attend this class if
- you have any symptoms of COVID-19
- have had direct contact with a positive COVID-19 case
We will be calling or texting you a few hours before your class to complete a mandatory screen to ensure you and your support person are both feeling well! If you have any questions re: this please don't hesitate to reach out
