Postnatal yoga practice offers a great chance for Mom to heal after pregnancy and labor. Yoga poses in this class will help strengthen pelvic floor & abdominal muscles that have undergone significant changes during the prenatal period.
Baby will meet their daily quota of physical activity while developing motor skills and body awareness through gentle physical activity.
This class offers a great chance to connect, support and socialize with other Mom’s & babies in the community. Who doesn’t love more friends!
No prior yoga experience is necessary, just show up with a bit of patience, your yoga mat, some water, a blanket and toy for baby!
The best part about this class is that you won’t have to worry about finding a babysitter because you can bring your new main squeeze to class with you. Your yoga practice has never looked cuter then it does with your baby on your yoga mat!
